ISU Student Chapter, Fall 2008
Financial Management Association (FMA) is an international organization dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of finance. It has both a faculty/professional division and a student chapter division. Membership in Illinois State University’s student chapter of FMA is open to all ISU students with career interests relating to finance. Most who join are Finance majors, but our membership in recent years has included Accounting majors, Economics majors, and Business Administration majors and minors, as well. Our programs focus on providing information on finance careers through Inviting professional speakers to campus, and Taking field trips to see financial organizations, or the financial operations of non-financial companies, and hear their managers’ views.
