Attach the required documents along with a Photograph on each application. 5. Visit a post office and make a postal order of Rs.350/-. (Application form fee) 6. The postal order has to in the name of “Jaikisan.org” payable at Dehardun. 7. Make three copies of the Postal order. 8. Attach Postal order with self addressed Postal envelops (with stamps) 9. Post this to Jaikisan.org Directorate office. Master Franchisee India Post Kisan Soochna Kendra (CSC) BG-262, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, GT Karnal Road, Delhi Qualifications & Requirements • First priority will be given to Department of Post employees. • General public will be allowed to own the franchise on bases of draw and with qualifications as: 1. 10th standard pass 2. Computer educated 3. Age below 40 years 4. Three references from the location applied for. 5. Should be owner of land in the location. Benefits of establishing IPKSK by Jaikisan.Org 1. Policy for Franchisee: The policy is to have one district –one Master Franchisee. The policy is to have one village-one Franchisee- all connected to Master Franchisee. Investments Required: For Master Franchisee Rs.5.5 lacs to Rs.6.0 lacs For Franchisee Rs.40, 000/- to Rs.50, 000/- Approval Process: • On receipt of Application Form at both the offices, telephonic verification of the Franchisee will be done. • There after the panel at Master Franchisee Location will interview Franchisee. • On acceptance of application, Jaikisan.org will issue an Acknowledgement No. • Franchisee will now send a demand draft of Rs.2500/- as non-refundable annual Membership fees as Jaikisan Network Member. • If required Jaikisan team will visit to verify the member’s credentials and site verification. • Franchisee will Deposit Rs.25, 000/- as security deposit with Jaikisan.Org. • Franchisee will then be allotted an India Post Kisan Soochna Kendra Allotment number with equipments to run franchise. • Jaikisan Institute of Rural Management and Technology will conduct online training for Franchisee for which a fee of Rs.10, 000/-. This payment is obligation of Franchisee. • On successful completion of the course Franchisee will be eligible for Master Franchisee or establish IPKSK with full services as follows: 1. Jaikisan and Franchisee will sign a Franchise agreement. 2. Jaikisan will issue Franchisee Certificate. 3. Jaikisan Institute of Rural Management and Technology will issue Certificate of training. 4. Jaikisan will issue sponsorship letter to Department of Industry for SSI registration. 5. Visit your District Industry Office (DIC) to register SSI on your name. 6. Jaikisan will issue sponsorship letter to KVIC for Rural Employment Generation Program (REGP) subsidy. 7. Visit your District KVIC office to register your subsidy for REGP. 8. Jaikisan will issue sponsorship letter to the bank if candidate is interested in seeking bank loan. 9. Jaikisan will issue sponsorship letter to the approved suppliers to provide special discounts for the purchases of equipments. 10. Jaikisan will provide you with Project report. Installation Process: 1. The candidate needs to make a file with following contents in order to acquire bank loan: 2. Loan application for the bank 3. Sponsorship letter to the bank 4. Sponsorship from KVIC 5. Copy of SSI registration 6. Copy of KVIC REGP subsidy to the bank 7. Copy of agreement with Jaikisan 8. Performa Invoice from supplier. 9. Project Report. 10. Copy of credentials and securities if required by the Bank 11. Make a Bank Draft in favor of the supplier. In case of existing Franchisee the security deposit with Jaikisan will be transferred to the supplier. 12. Create the facility within 45 days from the date of issue of Allotment letter. 13. Avail completion certificate from the supplier and deposit this to Jaikisan. 14. Avail fee from Jaikisan office for six months training of one Public Information Booth (PIB)-Main Server operator 15. Start six months online training with Jaikisan Institute of Rural Management and Technology at the Center. 16. Jaikisan Institute of Rural Management and Technology will certify the operator. 17. Jaikisan will start monthly minimum business guarantee of Rs.8000 from this date. 18. Business Starts. 19. Franchisee agreement is renewed annually on request of both parties.
