MASTERS® Merchandise 2008 Ordering Instructions

Augusta Corporate Events is not affiliated with Augusta National or the Masters® Tournament. All Masters® products are purchased from the Augusta National Golf Shop and are licensed by them. The Masters® and the Augusta National are trademark properties of Augusta National. Augusta Corporate Events provides a personal shopping service which purchases from the gift shop during the tournament and ships to you. Final Deadline for receiving orders along with full payment is Sunday, April 6, 2008. Orders received after Sunday, April 6, 2008 will be returned. Payment options include company or personal check, or credit card. Credit cards are only accepted online through PayPal. There is a $30 fee for returned checks and full payment with the returned check fee must be received before your items will be shipped to you. There is always a chance that one or more of your items might be out-of-stock or unavailable but the remainder of your order will be filled. You will be refunded for out-of-stock or unavailable items if no alternate choice was indicated on your original order. We are not liable for items that are unavailable. You will be refunded for the unavailable item(s) when your shipment is mailed after the tournament. Prices listed include GA sales tax and a non-refundable shopping service fee. Shipping is additional. Orders cannot be processed until full payment is received. Orders will not be shipped until payment clear the bank. Please choose sizes and alternate colors (where applicable). If you have no color preference for an item, please indicate “no preference”. If you will *only accept your first color choice*, please write “no substitutes” in the alternative color section. Some popular colors sell out quickly so having an alternate color is recommended. Items will be shipped within the Continental United States after payment clears the bank. Additional shipping charges will apply for International, Military, and Alaska/Hawaii shipments - contact us IN ADVANCE for those rates. Shipping includes tracking information and insurance. PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF ALL PAGES OF YOUR ORDER TO REFER TO INCASE WE HAVE QUESTIONS. Due to the exclusivity of Masters Merchandise, and because the Masters Golf Shop is only open one week a year; a. We cannot refund orders received unless the item is defective. Contact us within 7 days of receiving merchandise to report defects. After 7 days, there are no refunds *for any reason*. b. Items CANNOT be *exchanged* for different sizes, colors, other items, etc. after you receive them. c. Your refund amount will be for the actual price of the item and GA sales tax (7%) only. You will NOT be refunded for the original shipping/handling cost of that item or the shopping fee associated with purchasing that item. d. Merchandise is described here is a general description of the item based on previous year’s merchandise. Merchandise “design” may change yearly. You are buying the item knowing that the actual design of the item cannot be guaranteed and photos only show previous year’s designs as a guideline but item may look different this year.
