Special Interest Publications for Visit Florida including art direction of photo shoots and the

Responsibilities: Created from concept to design; corporate identity, brochures, and
collateral for companies and professional organizations in Central, Southwest and South
Florida and Philadelphia, PA. Established the MWeberDesign.com website.

8/04 to 11/04 Position: Contract Art Director for Asolo Theatre Program and FWCS Program
Responsibilities: Created from concept and design to printing; the Asolo Theatre 2004-2005
Program and the Florida West Coast Symphony 2004-2005 Program along with participating
in the design and production of ads for both of the publications.
10/04 to 2/05 Position: Contract Art Director for Sarasota/Manatee Business magazine
Responsibilities: Created from concept and design to printing; the design and layout for the
feature stories and departments including complete production of the magazine along with
collaboration and commissioning of photography. Also responsible for the design and
production of ads for Sarasota/Manatee Business magazine and SARASOTA magazine.

Broward counties. Interviewed and assisted in the evaluation of interns for the
Creative Department.

8/98 to 11/99 Position: Art Director for Boston Proper catalog
Catalog Responsibilities: Assisted Creative Director with design, photography and layout
of Boston Proper catalog. Managed and delegated assignments to production artists and
the Assistant Macintosh Systems Coordinator on a daily basis. Art directed studio
photography and reshoots of fashion model photography. Directed color separator on
texture enhancement, color correction of flesh, backgrounds and apparel for the catalogs,
blow-ins, package inserts and catalog wraps. Responsible for press checks for Boston
Proper catalog in Chicago, IL. Boston Proper averaged 72 pages per catalog and had
printing quantities of 800,000 to 2 million.
Retail Outlet Responsibilities: Created from concept and design to printing of retail outlet
advertising for 6 outlets of Mark, Fore & Strike and Boston Proper stores along the east
coast including newspaper ad campaigns, seasonal in-store signage and direct mail.
Art directed studio and fashion model photography for store advertising.
11/96 to 8/98 Position: Assistant Art Director for Mark, Fore & Strike catalog
Catalog Responsibilities: Assisted Creative Director with studio photography. Assisted in
the managing and delegating of assignments to the production artist on a daily basis.
Directed color separator on texture enhancement, color correction of flesh, backgrounds
and apparel for the catalogs, blow-ins, package inserts and catalog wraps. Responsible
for press checks for Mark, Fore & Strike catalog in Lancaster, PA; Covington, TN and
Chicago, IL. Mark, Fore & Strike averaged 76 pages per catalog and had printing
quantities of 1 to 2 million.
Retail Store Responsibilities: Created from concept and design to printing of retail store
advertising for 12 Mark, Fore & Strike stores along the east coast; including newspaper
ad campaigns, seasonal in-store signage and direct mail.
6/95 to 11/96 Position: Assistant Art Director for Retail and Outlet Stores
Retail Store and Outlet Responsibilities: Created from concept and design to printing of
retail store advertising for Mark, Fore & Strike and Boston Propers 14 stores and
4 outlets along the east coast; including newspaper ad campaigns, seasonal in-store
signage and direct mail. Art directed photography of accessories for store advertising.
