									                 Boeing Subsidiary CDG Forms Value-Added Reseller Relationship
                                 with Smead Software Solutions

CYPRESS, Calif., April 20, 2006 – Continental DataGraphics (CDG), a subsidiary of The Boeing
Company [NYSE: BA], today announced that it has formed a value-added reseller relationship with
Smead Software Solutions, a division of Smead Manufacturing Co. Smead is a leader in products,
services and solutions for records and information management.

document management service offerings,” said Randy Gee, Director of Digital Document Solutions for

The newly formed VAR alliance relationship with Smead will enable CDG to offer Smeadlink® software to

and images in a single, easy-to-use application. Records retention is automatically applied, ensuring
records are managed in an accountable and trustworthy manner.

Based in Cypress, CA, CDG’s Professional Services Group offers a highly skilled staff trained in software
implementation and support. They are available to consult with customers to analyze requirements for
document and records management, scanning services, software, systems integration and other services
