System software

Note: there is an option to skip this step and install it manually.

Steps
1. Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
2. Launch setup.exe.
3. Follow the prompts.
4. At the Installation Type prompt, select Stand Alone.
5. If you need to install or upgrade QuickTime, click Install QuickTime to install
key software plug-in for viewing the videos.
6. At the Registration Key File Source prompt, click Browse to locate your key
file. If you do not have your key file the program will run in preview mode.
7. At the Setup Type prompt, select Full, Typical or Minimum and then choose
   a destination folder.
o Full – installs the entire content
o Typical – installs the key file and program
o Minimal – installs the key file and files needed to launch the program
8. At the end of the setup, run the program to configure it.

Network installation
A network installation will allow your network clients to access the registration
key file and the resource content. This means updating simply requires adding
new resource files and a registration key file to one folder.

Note:
 The network server installation must be performed before the network
        client installation.
 Use mapped network drives (e.g. p:\) rather than UNC network paths
        (e.g. \\server\shared folder\) if your network clients use Windows 95, 98,
or Millennium Edition, otherwise the resource content will not load
        properly.

2. Launch setup.exe.
3. Follow the prompts.

   shared location.
7. At the Installation Summary prompt, make a note of the resource content and
key file destination paths for the client installation.
8. The setup program will now install the files.
9. When you have completed your setup, proceed to the network client

resource content folder from the previous server installation.

folder. This will install the program on the network client.

It is recommended that you test your installation to ensure everything works as
