How to Order Prizes
To Submit your Unit Prize Order via the Trail's End System
Go to: www.trails-end.com
Click on Leaders (buttons at the bottom left of the screen). Then click Popcorn Sale drop down
and go to Popcorn System; click. This will take you to the log in screen.
Login using the username (which is your email address) and password provided. (The first time
you log on, you will need to verify your email & password. This will take a few minutes and you
will receive verification from Trail's End via your email address.) Use the link provided in the
email that contains the confirmation code. Once you have signed up via doubleknot or a Unit
Kernel sign up form and we have entered your information in the Trails End system you will
receive an email from Trails End with the link referenced above. If you are already signed up and
have not received an email from Trails End we may have your email address list incorrectly.

Click on the Orders dropdown in the menu bar at the top.
Select Unit Prize Order under the Prize heading.
The system displays the Edit Delivery Address for Prize Order page. Enter the name and address
to which the prizes will be delivered. If they are going to the Unit Kernel you can use the drop
box at the top that will automatically fill in all the boxes. Click on the Save and Go to Order
The system displays the Unit Prize Order page. In the Actual Current Order column, enter the
number of each prize to order. When satisfied with your unit's prize order and you are sure you
will not be making any changes, click the Submit to Council button. The system displays your
IMPORTANT! Once you submit the Unit Prize order to the Council, changes to the order on
the Popcorn System are no longer possible. Any changes following the Unit Prize Order
submission must be accomplished by calling the Council Office at:
The online prize system will be available through November 2, 2009. The Council will approve
and transmit the prize orders for all units on this day. Scout Bucks only will be issued for orders
after November 3rd; those orders may be submitted to the Council via FAX:
