Note: Fuel tanks were not full at this survey and it is recommended that they be proved
as per the “must recommendations”.
Note: All surveys call for all USCG, NFPA and ABYC deficiencies to be noted and a fair
approximate local geographic market valuation to be made.
Documents: USCG Documentation sighted.

SURVEY REPORT FOR “LADY ANAYANCY”
CONDITION & VALUATION
The undersigned places an approximate value of 205,000 U.S. Dollars on subject yacht
“LADY ANAYANCY” based on recent selling prices of similar vessels of like type,
size, age, manufacture, construction, condition, power and equipment, all fairly
depreciated. Also on this surveyors personal knowledge of the local market, BUC book,
Yachtworld.com and other material at hand.
This valuation is intended for insurance and valuation purposes only and is not intended
to influence the purchase or none purchase of subject vessel.
Underwater Hull Areas & Running Gear:
The underwater areas were fully sounded with a phenolic hammer and no delamination or
gel-coat blisters were noted. The anti-fouling paint was found worn and needs to be
renewed. All of the running gear was inspected and found good except for a lot of marine
growth which was removed during this haul-out however more work is still required to
fully clean this equipment. The water deflector is missing from around the starboard side
underwater exhaust outlet.
Topsides:
All of the topsides were found good with no dings or scrapes noted. The swim platform is
integral at the transom and was found good.
Exterior:
The vessel comes with the standard layout and as listed previously in this report was well
found.
This layout includes a cockpit that has an aft bench seat with storage to port and
starboard, a transom door to port and the stairway up to the fly bridge is forward to
starboard. There are storage lockers on the aft side of the transom.
The side decks are small but do come with securely installed hand rails on the side of the
superstructure to assist in moving forward. The fore deck was found clean and neat with
the anchor windlass securely installed forward on the centerline. Access to the chain
locker is next to the windlass.
Fly-bridge:
The fly-bridge was found with the helm forward to starboard with all engine controls,
gauges and electronics easy to hand. There is good seating opposite the helm and aft to
port. The wet bar with refrigerator is aft of the helm. All of this area is well protected by
the bimini and an enclosure.
4/12/2010 Page 14
SURVEY REPORT FOR “LADY ANAYANCY”
Interior:
The interior comes with the standard layout that includes a good sized salon that has good
seating and storage. The switchboards and entertainment equipment are installed aft and a
seating area with a table is forward to starboard.
The galley is down to port and was found clean and neat with all equipment in good
working condition.
The forward cabin comes with a centerline queen sized berth and good storage. The mid-
ships cabin is to starboard and also comes with a queen sized bed that is off-set to
starboard and aft. The shower compartment is to starboard with the head to port.
Machinery Space:
This area is accessed through deck hatches in the salon sole or from the cockpit by lifting
the hinged stairs that lead up to the fly bridge. Once the hatches are open there is good
access to all of the machinery to carry out all service work. Both main engines ran well
during the sea trial. The generator is below the cockpit and is easily accessed through the
deck hatch & carried all of the vessels electrical load. Please see engine surveyors report.
MUST RECOMMENDATIONS:
Fuel Tanks, Fill to prove integrity.
Anchors, Safety wire all shackles.
Fire Extinguishers, Service and date tag.
Fixed Fire fighting system, Service and date tag.
Flares, Purchase and store on board.
Life Jackets, purchase correct size & number for those onboard.
Navigation & anchor lights, Service & prove.
USCG Plaques, Install plaques for oil pollution & garbage disposal.
First-Aid kit, Purchase.
Rules of the Road Booklet, purchase.
Sea Water Hoses, Double clamp all hoses.
Fume Smoke detectors, replace batteries & prove all.
There are no apparent leaks around the fuel tanks or fuel system and the above “Must
recommendation” to “Fuel Tanks, fill to prove integrity” is included as a standard
recommendation by the undersigned.
The above represents the opinion of the undersigned based on the facts presented and the
discoveries made while surveying subject vessel, with no warranty either specific or
implied being made.
Respectfully submitted,
Malcolm J. Elliott
