Job Description Sales Executives will focus on gaining new incremental revenue through sourcing and calling on selected companies and educational institutions. You will be setting up face-to-face appointments to create new relationships that will lead to new business opportunities for the company. Target prospects will be Driving Force Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales/Marketing, Vice Presidents of Technology, College & University Career Center Directors and Vice Presidents of HR. Attain sales quota and goals set by the company. Responsible for executing on all phases of the sales cycle such as; o Lead generation o Prospecting o Research o Proposal generation o Campaign implementation o Account management/optimization o Collections and follow up o Account renewals Qualify and answer each prospect's questions regarding the service. Maintains relationships and manages current and potential advertising accounts. Discuss and convey the benefits/advantages of the product offering. Enter and track prospects and associated notes within the sales contact database. Prepare daily and weekly reports for Sales Manager. Actively participate in weekly book of business review meetings with Sales Manager.
Skills/Qualifications
1-5 years of sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Online advertising sales experience desired but not required. Familiar with sales advertising concepts Excellent computer skills with a proficiency using sales information systems Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism and integrity Must be goal-oriented Must be mature and able to work independently from a home office environment Strong communication, organization and writing skills Track record of quota attainment
Preferred industry background: Software, on-line recruiting, outsourcing, educational, on-line advertising, human resources products / services or automated tracking systems.
