We seek an accomplished, driven sales leader used to managing a sales team through remote direct reports in a solution-selling environment in the services industry. The territory size will be $ 2 - 5 million with an emphasis on new business development. Job Description The Sales Team Leader will be empowered with the responsibility of managing a sales team of 3-5 Sales Executives. You will lead your team in prospecting, development, closing and growing new business market share on a local / regional level. You will lead and motivate the sales team by coaching and collaborating directly with representatives and work closely with clients to ensure that we deliver relevant and effective campaigns. You will develop goals and monitor sales executive performance. You will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and carry a personal sales quota to increase market share, while assisting with creating sales plans in order to achieve maximum revenue potential. Responsibilities            Achieving company set objectives Document and measure objectives weekly with sales force. Insure proper record keeping and tracking within CRM Insure that all employees are familiar with company polices and procedures. Recruiting Field coaching for 3-5 Sales Executives Providing performance feedback regularly to Sales Executives Establish schedule for weekly/biweekly sales meetings Sales forecasting and pipeline management Territory management Development and mentoring of sales team Qualifications            A minimum of 3 years demonstrated sales management experience in outside sales. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, and process improvements Strong communication skills- written, oral and presentation skills A proven track record of successfully leading teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A history of detail-oriented multi-tasking in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong commitment to customer service Must be results-oriented, possess excellent coaching skills, prospecting, cold calling and closing skills, written & verbal communication skills, and be PC literate. Bachelor's degree required. Some travel required Experience managing a satellite office helpful Preferred industry background: Software, on-line recruiting, outsourcing, educational, on-line advertising, human resources products / services or automated tracking systems.
