General Instructions for Completing Your Application Thank you for your interest in the Master of Science in Wealth Management (MWM) programme. Please read the following instructions carefully before completing your application. Supplementary instructions are given in each section of the application form. Please complete the application form accordingly and attach copies of the documents as instructed. Once you have completed the form, we suggest you keep a copy for your record. You are encouraged to apply early. GMAT or GRE The Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) is a compulsory requirement for admission to the MSc in Wealth Management programme. If you have not taken the GMAT or GRE, please take it as soon as possible and submit your scores. Please note that we will only accept GMAT or GRE results from 2004 onwards. You may first submit unofficial GMAT or GRE score while requesting the Educational Testing Services (ETS) to send the official score to the Graduate Programmes Office. For GMAT registration information, please visit the website http://www.mba.com/mba/TaketheGMAT. SMU’s GMAT institution code for MSc in Wealth Management programme is F8D-7V-34. For GRE registration information, please visit http://www.ets.org and our GRE institution code is 5757. Transcripts Please submit an official transcript from every university, college or graduate institution you have attended. If your institution does not provide original degree or diploma in English, please supplement your official transcripts with a certified translation of these documents noting the name and designation of the translator. Personal Statements For hardcopy applications, you may send your personal statements together with all the required supporting documents. Submitting your application We strongly encourage all applicants to submit their applications online through our website at http://www.smu.edu.sg/MWM for quicker processing of the applications. If you choose to send hardcopies by mail, please ensure that you’ve signed off your application.
