Worried about the peaks and valleys of your origination business? ProSalesDriver helps help you solve that problem through planned prospect contact. Loan originators lose many loan opportunities through poor prospect follow-up. For any of myriad reasons, many prospects are just not ready to start a loan when you first contact them. If you do not stay in contact with them, they will most likely go with your competitor who happens upon them when they are ready. Early Prospecting Series works with all prospects who are not yet active borrowers. This means the “Track, General” screen in their Point file has an Opened Date, but no Credit Ordered date, no Credit Received date, or no credit scores. You can read all four messages as if sent to Paul Prospect, on the next few screens. Message 1 on Day 1: Our Experience and Skill at Work for You Message 2 on Day 3: Your Best Chance Message 3 on Day 8: Why Choose {YourCompanyName}? Message 4 on Day 11: Are you still looking for a loan? Message 5 on Day 11: Originator action notice for prospect contact. The client series includes all four messages, unless the client’s Point file shows credit ordered, credit received, or credit scores in the file. Following the actual series to one of your prospects, you receive an e-mail action notice to call the prospect. All you do is work with Point files in a normal manner. As you do the work in the file, enter the appropriate dates on the “Track, General” screen in each file. ProSalesDriver does all the contacts for you if you collect and enter client e-mail addresses into the information screen in Point. If you prefer paper mail, that is an available extra cost option.
