Our activities fall into three main areas: Marketing talent We are here to assist with the operational aspects of each recruiter relationship, including organising on campus presentations and career fairs. We also work closely with student clubs to support activities and initiatives that reinforce relationships between recruiters within Consulting and across the School. Developing talent Career skills are what you will need throughout your working life. The career skills development programme aims to provide you with information, tools and techniques to allow you to develop a realistic career strategy and to implement it successfully. These skills are taught by the Skills Development Team and are supported by the Consulting Team which provides support and guidance on an individual basis. Furthermore, we work closely with the Consulting Club to develop those skills that are sector specific through education initiatives such as the Crack-a-Case program and the Case Book, amongst others.
