Value that helps you earn more through education and networking. Value that helps you save on the costs to run your business. Value that gives you far more through benefits and services than you pay in dues. Some of the benefits delivered to you by the Missouri Association of REALTORS®: Governmental Affairs: One of the key benefits of being a member of one of Missouri's largest trade organizations is that your voice will be heard - from lobbying to grassroots advocacy, the Association's governmental affairs staff works everyday to promote the interest of REALTORS® and their clients. The MAR Legislative and Regulatory Policy Committee along with staff look at hundreds of pieces of legislation to determine any potential impact on the real estate industry. With their recommendation, the MAR Board of Directors either supports or opposes the legislation and your lobbyist acts accordingly. RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee): RPAC is the vehicle we use to help elect candidates who support the real estate industry and are willing to listen to and support our views on various issues. RPAC is the muscle behind MAR and NAR's political agenda. IMPAC (Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee): A committee formed to operate primarily for the purpose of accepting contributions and in turn support or oppose state and local issues that impact real property in Missouri. It also supports grassroots lobbying and educational efforts related to issues only.
