CASHBACK QUESTIONNAIRE
This questionnaire will give you, and others, a chance to recover money from your credit card company if you do not get the promised cash-back payment It will provide evidence to the credit card company that not only you, but a large number of other card holders, were made the same promises. TCA will hold all completed questionnaires and provide all of them to any individual who has completed a questionnaire and is making a claim on their credit card company.
