Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Real Estate Notes/ 4/7/02
        Three associates from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Dallas/Fort Worth
(CBDFW) have earned Certified Master Marketing Specialist designations from Coldwell Banker
Real Estate Corporation. Donna Lasater, Carol Higginbotham and Lee Clark of the CBDFW
Southwest Dallas County office are the only Texas Realtors to receive the designation presented to
them by Alex Perriello, president/chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., at
the recent International Business Conference in San Antonio.
        Linda Berg, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
– Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW) has been named to the board of directors of HomeAID Dallas, the
local branch of HomeAID America, a national foundation of housing industry professionals that
raises funds for the creation of shelters for the victims of domestic abuse and the nations largest
provider of shelter beds for the temporarily homeless.
        Jan Sechrist and Sally Costello have been named top producers for 2001 at the Mansfield
office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Dallas/Fort Worth, reports branch manager Peggy
        Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage managers, associates and corporate executives were
among those supporting Valerie Vela, The Dallas Morning News’ Sunday’s Homes and Sunday’s
New Homes real estate writer, at a recent fund raiser for her participation in the Avon 3-Day Walk
for Breast Cancer. More than 3,000 people are expected to make the three-day walk from Fort
Worth to Dallas April 26-28. CBDFW professional associates also are supporting Bettie Abio,
senior vice president/eastern region, and her daughter, who are participating in the Avon 3-Day
Walk in Boston in June.
        Two new associates have joined the Preston Center Regional office of Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage, announce co-managers Ann Vaught and Kathy Darrow. Kathy Jackson, an
experienced Realtor from California, and Karen Ruppel Johnson are the newest additions to the
