Online installation services
       Esnatech Professional Services installs from first touch to
        final cut of your customer’s deployment
       T2C eliminates the need for onsite PS services for small
        deployments
       T2C allows partners to leverage Esnatech expertise to
        ensure overall customer satisfaction
       Leverage T2C services as training for first time
        deployments

       Touch 2 Cut-> What it Includes?
     Priority services and support
           Each T2C site is given a dedicated support engineer
            until final sign off
           Each T2C site is given “Front of the Line” access to its
            dedicated support engineer
           Depending on availability, the partner gets to choose
            the support engineer they prefer for their T2C site

    Touch 2 Cut-> Process & planning
 Process for piece of mind deployment
       Installations must be scheduled a minimum one week advance notice
       Dealer MUST complete scope of work prior to the final scheduling of the
        installation and provide a complete CSV file with the site’s user and
        mailbox information
       Once the scope of work and prequalified documentation is submitted and
        processed, the Esnatech engineer will contact the dealer to schedule the
        installation
       Once the project is completed, the partner will sign off on the project
        which will be registered with the site information for the Esnatech
        support center to manage future support calls.
       The site must be 16 ports or less to qualify for T2C services
       Sites larger than 16 ports can order our standard on site installation
        services by contacting customer service at 905-707-9700 or

                All the services included in the Silver package
                Unified messaging setup and configuration to one email environment
                Outbound faxing configuration and setup
                Deployment of 2 additional UC Client Managers including outbound faxing services


      Platinum ($1740)
                All the services included in the Gold package
                Multi-tenanting configuration
                One customized TUI configuration
                Configuration of secure Messaging client (Webmail)
