   The Innovation Challenge Awards Programme
    assists organisations, world wide, to develop a
    „culture for the growth of ideas‟.

   This culture will enable your organisation to
    encourage staff and guests to contribute their
    ideas for improvements in service to
    customers.

   The aim is to maintain and increase your
    market share in the highly competitive,
    international, market.

        How do you meet the
        Innovation Challenge?


 Managers and team leaders will have completed
  the Innovation Guide Foundation Course

 TICA registration and recording system is used
  and available to staff at all levels

 10% of the whole staff will have achieved the
  TICA „Innovator Award ‟ or „The Innovation
  Team Award‟ (minimum of 4)

 The Organisation will have achieved the
  Innovation Centre Award
       The Innovation Challenge
         Awards Programme

 The programme gives support to your
  organisation for one year.

 The aim is to award as many „Innovator Awards‟
  and „Innovation Guide Awards‟ as possible during
  this programme and so stimulate a lasting culture
  for the growth of ideas.

 The programme starts with 5 days of consultancy
  support which includes the delivery of the 4 half-
  day modules of the „Innovation Guide Foundation
  Course‟.

    At the end of this course participants will
    understand how to:

   Module 1 – Develop a culture for the growth
    of ideas

   Module 2 – Encourage the discovery of ideas

   Module 3 – Support the growth of ideas

   Module 4 – Implement and recognise successful
    ideas

 To obtain more ideas from the whole staff team
  for improving the performance of the organisation

 Increase the contribution made by staff to the
  quality and quantity of services to customers

 Enable management to construct a system to
  recognise, develop, select and implement ideas

 Enhance the ability of leaders and managers to
  guide individuals and teams

             Programme Fees

Initial consultancy and support - £650 per day
Duration – 4-5 days (number of days depends on size of organisation)
      4 half day modules for the Innovation Guide
       Foundation Course (maximum of 10 staff)
      6 half day informal consultancy and meeting with
       individuals as required
      Flight (or other transport) and accommodation are in
       addition to basic fee

Consultancy for one year - £1950 per year
       Regular consultancy support by email and telephone
        and Skype
       All Awards processed and delivered for 12 months
       3 visits in one year for at least 24 hours
       Flight (or other transport) and accommodation are in
        addition to basic fee
