							   Terms and Conditions of Entry for Nickelodeon’s Hotel for Dogs
                           Competition
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry to the Nickelodeon’s
   Hotel for Dogs Competition.

2. Entry is open to all people aged between 5 and 15 years of age as at 07/02/2009 that
   are Australian residents.

3. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies associated
   with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. The competition commences from 12:01am on 09/01/2009 and entries close at 11.59pm
   on 07/02/2009.

5. Entry to this competition is via the following way:

   Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au)
   To enter, entrants must log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au)
   and either; 1) Register their NickName and Password by providing the following
   information; first name, last name, address, state, postcode, date of birth, whether they
   are a girl or a boy, their email address (optional); Or 2) If the entrant has previously
   registered their details they are only required to enter their NickName and password in
   order to enter the competition.

6. The competition is one of random draw, and will be drawn electronically. There will be 1
   winner per day – 30 in total.

7. The first valid entry each draw will receive the following:
                    • 1x Nintendo DS console (Valued at $188.00)
                    • 1x Petz My Puppy Family Game for Nintendo DS (Valued at $59.95)
                    • 1 x Hotel for Dogs Family Pass (Valued at $58.00)
                    • 1 x Hotel for Dogs Soundtrack (Valued at $30.00)

The total value of each prize pack is $335.95

8. Total value of prizing for the competition is $10,078.50

9. The random draws from January 12 to February 9, 2009 will take place at Nickelodeon’s
   offices at the following address: 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde NSW 2113.

10. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. If the winner is under 18 years the major prize may at the absolute discretion of the
    Promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

12. The promoter reserves the right to use all of the winners’ names, voices, and likeness for
    advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional
    compensation.

13. Nickelodeon shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered
    (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or
    sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes.

14. Winners will be notified by email or mail, and will be announced in the public notices of
    The Australian on Wednesday 18th February, 2009. All reasonable efforts will be taken to
    contact all prize winners. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, prizes will be distributed in
    accordance with directions given by relevant state authorities. In the event of a major
    prize winner being non contactable, a redraw will be conducted on the 29th May 2009,
    at 4pm in Nickelodeon’s offices. The winners of the redraw will be announced in the
    public notices of The Australian on Wednesday 10th June, 2009

15. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.

16. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no
    responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to
    substitute any prize for an item of similar value.

17. If Nickelodeon or its Agent reasonably believes that an entrant has used any method,
    device, system to interfere with the entry process Nickelodeon may deem any entrant
    ineligible.

18. Nickelodeon will not be liable to any entrant in any way, if for reasons beyond
    Nickelodeon reasonable control including without limitation any failure of technology,
    the competition is cancelled or suspended or Nickelodeon fails to receive any entry.

19. All entries become the property of Nickelodeon Australia. By entering the competition,
    each entrant consents to their personal information being entered onto a database.
    Nickelodeon may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing
    and publicity purposes without any further reference, or payment, or other
    compensation to the entrant.
