6. Payment system Contractor provides {company name} with an invoice that details services delivered at the end of each contracted month (4-week period). 7. Payment terms Payment will be made by {company name} on the {date}th of the month following receipt of the Contractors invoice. Engagement and term The relationship between the Contractor and {company name} is and shall be for all purposes that of independent contractor and nothing expressed or implied herein shall constitute the relationship of employer and employee between the parties. Upon termination of the Contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any further financial compensation apart from any payment or other monies owing up to the date of termination. 9. 10. Reporting The Contractor is to report directly to the {title and name} who in turn will provide a monthly progress report to the {title and name}. 11. Costs It is agreed that the monthly payment agreed above are all inclusive. The Contractor accepts that he/ she is liable for any medical, insurance, social security costs (if applicable) or any other costs pertaining to the uphold of the aforementioned agreed services. It is also agreed that the Contractor is responsible for meeting all income related tax requirements in the country in which services are provided. {Company name} holds no responsibility or liability for meeting any additional payments over and above the agreed payment identified in #5 above. 12. Confidential information and intellectual property The terms of this agreement shall remain confidential to the parties. In the course of this agreement it is acknowledged that the Contractor may acquire confidential information relating to the organisation. The Contractor agrees to keep this confidential information strictly confidential at all times including after the termination of this agreement. The Contractor agrees never to use the information or attempt to use it for its own personal gain or the gain of any other person. The Contractor acknowledges that any work produced under this agreement is the exclusive property of {company name}. {Company name} shall be entitled to any copyright or merchandising rights in or arising from such work.
