technology, capital-intensive and knowledge driven industries, the government’s

special initiatives like Vision 2020 and the Multimedia Super Corridor are

tailored to suit the fast-growing industry. Hence the Malaysian IT market will

Baba Right Tech Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies

Act 1965 on 8th September 2006 as a private limited company. Baba Right Tech

was established primarily to design and develop home-grown Enterprise

Applications and Solutions to the Automobile, Retail and Insurance Industry.



Baba Right Tech aims to benefit from several strategic alliances from both local

and foreign ventures, in which these alliances would allow them to offer an

elevated degree of services due to the increased multi-faceted expertise and

proficiency.

Mr. Ramasamy R. Govindasamy is the Chief Executive Officer of Baba Right

Tech Sdn Bhd. He graduated in Year 1999 with a Master in Business

Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He is

responsible for implementing and executing management decisions within the

organization and responsible for the operations of the whole organization.



Mr. Ramasamy started his career in Year 1989 with United Oriental Assurance

as Administration Officer. In Year 1991, he founded Universal Enterprise, a

company involved in export and import trading. He was made a Director with

Alright Innovative Management Consultants in Year 1998 and later ventured

into the IT Industry in Year 2003 as a Director in Pacific Software, a software

development company.

Mr. Satyam Tadikonda, is the Chief Technology Officer of Baba Right Tech

Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Master of Science (Msc) in Year 2001 from the

Punjab Technical University, India and a Master of Business Administration

(MBA) in Year 1999 from Osmania University Andhrapradesh, India. In Baba

Right Tech, he is responsible for technology issues, planning and development

efforts, and to consult on technology enhancement to the products and technical

operation of the company.



Mr. Satyam started his career in Year 1997 with Manhar Solutions Pte Ltd (India)

as Programmer and later moved on to join Microsys Information Technologies

Pte Ltd (India) as Project Manager in Year 1999. He later joined Amekia Alience

Pte Ltd (Singapore) in Year 1999 as Country Manager.



In Year 2003, he joined OCE Sdn Bhd as Consultant and later moved on to join

Fancyx Solutions Sdn Bhd as Project Manager cum IT Manager for the R&D

Team.









Name : Mr. Chinni Krishna Mynam

Designation : Chief Operating Officer



Mr. Chinni Krishna Mynam, is the Chief Operating Officer of Baba Right Tech

Sdn Bhd. He graduated in Year 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer

Applications (BCA) from the Bharat Institute of Higher Education, India. In Baba

Right Tech, he is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the

company’s sales, marketing and service professionals as well as the company’s

fulfillment and IT operations.



Mr. Chinni started his career by joining Orbit IT Consultancies (India) in Year

2000 as Analyst Programmer cum Web Designer and was responsible for the

design & development of the following solutions-Classifieds Collection

Management System, Financial Lending Expert System, and Wishing Tree E-

commerce Portal. He later moved on to join Fancyx Solutions Sdn Bhd in Year

2006 as Software Developer and was part of its R&D Team responsible for the

development of a MLM Enterprise Solution.

Business



Baba Right Tech Sdn Bhd primary business focus is developing and delivering

its innovative Enterprise Applications & Solutions specifically catered for the

Automobile, Retail and Insurance Industry. Our key activities include software

design and development, installation, training, implementation, system

support & maintenance.



In the MSC, Baba Right Tech will participate in Research & Development

(R&D) of its Enterprise Applications & Solutions that will consist of Baba Right

Auto Dealer Management System, Baba Right Smart Shop RFID Software, Baba

Right Mobile Insurance Agent Solution, and Baba Right Smart Studio Manage.



Our first product for development is the Baba Right Auto Dealer Management

System. The system will be designed and developed to provide automobile

dealers with a comprehensive management tool for their internal dealing

operations. The system will offer features like Vehicle Tracking, CRM, Vehicle

Service & Spare Part Management, Online Ordering & Procurement, etc.



Our second product that we will develop is the Baba Right Smart Shop RFID

Software. The system will be designed and developed to provide retail operators

with an efficient and smart tracking tool for their stocks. The system will allow

users to better monitor the movement of their goods from the warehouse to their

retail outlets and in retail outlets using RFID technology. The system will include

features like Inventory Management, Smart Labelling, Smart Shopping Cart,

Restocking Alerts, etc.



Our third product that we will develop is the Baba Right Mobile Insurance

Agent Solution. The PDA application will be designed and developed

specifically for insurance agents that are always on the move. With this

application, insurance agents will be able to keep track important information of

their clients, policy information, insurance products, etc. This solution will

include features like Client Information Management (CIM), Policy Information

Management, Work List Management, Production Management, Sales Tools, etc.

Our fourth product that we will develop is the Baba Right Smart Studio

Manage. This studio management system will be designed and developed to

allow photo studio operators to effectively e-automate their retail operations. The

system will cover the key areas of studio operations and will include features like

Image Repository Expert Search, Studio Equipment Monitoring & Management,

Orders Booking, Pending Orders Tracking, Orders Delivery & Billing

Management, Inventory Purchase Management, etc.



In addition to that, Baba Right Tech believes that the most important factor in

determining our sustainability and competitiveness is the vision and ability to

produce innovative Enterprise Applications & Solutions, in which the nature of

these applications are no longer “rigid” but highly responsive and reliable in

functionality and features. Our applications will be designed and developed

specifically in-house to be responsive in order to meet the stringent requirements

in the business community.

Business Model/Strategy



Baba Right Tech Sdn Bhd’s Enterprise Applications & Solutions are designed

and catered to meet the fast moving pace of the Automobile, Retail and Insurance

Industry and to achieve its fundamental goals of computerization, which is to

achieve maximum safety, enhance user experience, improve work efficiency and

ultimately to achieve a greater level of productivity.



Our key activity covers applications design and development, installation,

training, implementation, consultancy services, system support & maintenance.

We realize that every aspect of management policy has to be properly defined so

that they could capitalize on an in-built knowledge of a good business

intelligence solution as well as the bringing down of the learning curve by

assigning the job of work flow definition and computerization to clients that have

good working knowledge in these areas.

System implementation will be carried out in phases. Our programmers will be

based on-site and in-close liaison with our clients to closely monitor the

operation of these modules. Fine-tuning the system will be done on an on-going

process from some time until both the management and users will be perfectly

satisfied. When changes are required to fit the work flow, such modifications will

be done on-site and thoroughly tested for efficiency.

Our programmers will conduct workshops to map out and finalize the different

work flows and customization that needs to be performed to meet our clients’

requirements. Besides that, we will strive to offer value-added services in the

form of a well-designed maintenance plan, web-based help, and on-site support.

These support options are fully provided to our customers as part of our software

1. Baba Right Auto Dealer Management Solution (ADMS)

The Baba Right Auto Dealer Management Solution (ADMS) will be designed

and developed to allow car dealers to conveniently manage their dealer operations.

The windows based system will include user friendly features and interactive

functionalities that will allow users to better manage and control existing processes.



The Baba Right Auto Dealer Management Solution will include the following

modules:

a) Vehicle Tracking Module



This module will allow users to closely track enquiries, sales and purchases of

vehicles for any given timeframe. With this module, users will be able to enter and

upload important details about their vehicles for sale such as models, colors, price,

age, pictures etc. Once the details are fully entered into the system, users can easily

recall the profiles of their vehicles with a simple click.



The module will also allow users to incorporate tax changes / price changes instantly

for all vehicles or selections in a single mouse click. This feature will require users

to firstly input the values into designated columns in a separate pop-up window.



It will enable users to keep track of financed vehicles and their share towards overall

motor vehicles sales and also information on the Amount Due from Extension

Counters (Sub Dealers) with balance amount to pay along with delayed payment

days.



The module will provide an effective monitoring tool for dealers to obtain quick and

summarized information about their vehicle sales through categories like Financial

Institutions, Advertisement and Staffs. Users can also obtain up-to-date information

on their stock levels in Vehicle Showrooms and Sub Dealers.





b) Customer Relationship Management Module



This module will provide users to record and manage important details about their

customers’ free services, special discounts, warranties and other services. It will also

allow users to create Service Reminder Alerts to remind them to forward mails to

notify customers about the vehicle servicing schedule.



It will allow users to track customers based on Frame Numbers and classifying them

to Loyal / Not-serviced / Passport Customers. With this module, users can closely

monitor Passport customer visits, referrals and renewals and to record historical

details of vehicles serviced.





c) Vehicle Service& Spare Part Management Module



Spare Part Stock Management



With this feature, users can closely monitor their stock of spare parts with real time

information/updates on order/supply discrepancies. Users can also create individual

accounts to track sales of spare parts through external mechanics.

This feature will allow users to classify spares into 4 groups- Spare Parts,

Accessories, Consumables, and PDI fittings. Users can also create additional groups

as and when they require.

Each group can be categorized into 4 sub groups: Fast Moving / Slow Moving /

Very Slow Moving and Damaged Items. E.g. Parts that are not sold within a time

frame (set by the user) will automatically be categorized as Very Slow Moving.



Users can also perform spare parts ledger analysis, spare parts group ledger analysis,

and profitability analysis on spare parts transactions.





Vehicle Service Management



With this feature, users can efficiently manage their vehicle service operations by

taking control of service jobs, reports, and billings. Users can improve customer

service by designating a special color on the profile screens indicating special

discounts for loyal customers after a certain number of visits.



The system will allow users to create Job Types/Cards such as 1st service, 2nd

service, 20,000km service and many more as and when they require. The system

will produce an alert notification should there be an already opened Unbilled Job

Card. A message will appear again if a Job Card is opened for the same vehicle. This

alert feature will ensure that users do not create unnecessary duplicates.



The system will also allow users to create Service Intake Statements with time-in

format to track work being done and Service Delivery Reports with time-in / time-

out format to track vehicles that are still under servicing or delivered status.



Users will be able to create Detailed Service Revenue Statements (with discount

structure) and Warranty FOC Register Statements. Besides that, users can also

create Service Billing with Invoice Options for those regular customers who service

on credit.



The system will include features like Tracking Service Assignments / Income

generation/ Incentive Calculation for Supervisors & In-house Technicians.





d) Online Ordering & Procurement Module



This feature will provide users with a single-click auto ordering of spare parts to

principals with assured inventory gains. It will provide auto-generation of Spare

Parts Ordering based on sales with categories, and uploading to Principals via email.

e) Reports Module



The Reports Module will ensure that all reports are email-able, ensuring total control

for top management even during their absence from dealerships. This feature will

also allow users to track and send reports through SMS.



This module will provide users to conveniently create and modify sales documents

and other reports in the Reports Writer Feature and all these reports will then be

generated in A4 Stationery and printed in fast mode operation.



The module will also allow users to prepare reports to calculate incentives and

productivity of their marketing staff, Vehicle Payment Receipts generation,

statements showing Zero Stocks / taxable and non taxable stocks, margin earned

statement for spare parts group (to allow dealers to keep a tab on discounts being

offered) etc.





f) Administration Module



The Administrative Module will provide users with password protected system

administration. With this module users can change the settings, password and

security levels, and system maintenance.





g) Data Backup & Recovery Module



This module will provide users with pilfer-proof data storage feature to ensure

complete data security. This module will allow users to perform Data Store

Backup/Restore Point with a simple click.

2. Baba Right Smart Shop RFID Software

The Baba Right Smart Shop RFID Software will be designed and developed

specifically for the Retail Industry that will allow users to efficiently record and

keep track of RFID-tagged goods in real time. The Baba Right Smart Shop’s

architecture will abstract the view of an RFID reader and RFID tag such that a

processing link does not need to be aware of the type of reader, or in many cases the

type of tag being processed. Because of this architectural feature, the user may

intermingle reader brands and tag types to best suit their business requirements.



The Baba Right Smart Shop RFID Software will provide users with the following

benefits:



Easy Identification of Packaged Goods. The system will allow users to obtain

targeted detailed information about a retailer’s inventory, such as out-of-stock

updates, shrink reports, and a host of other inventory-related queries.

The system will provide users with an efficient inventory monitoring tool through

location-specific information. Users can closely monitor and track its RFID

tagged goods through summary reports based on locations of their retail outlets.

The system will provide better technology at the item level.

The system will provide an easy & smart shopping experience to customers.



The Baba Right Smart Shop RFID Software will include the following modules:

a) Inventory Management Module:



The Inventory Management Module will allow users to electronically manage

their RFID tagged goods. Before tagging, the system will prompt users to prepare

important information of a specific product to be downloaded into the RFID chip.

Each arrival of orders to the inventory warehouse will be tagged by RFID chips and

scanned in as Incoming Stock and stored in the warehouse.



When there is an incoming order from a specific outlet, the system will initiate a

check on the inventory to confirm the availability of the product requested. If the

product is available, the system will allow the user to select the number of products

for shipment/delivery. Next, the order data will be sent to the labeling server, and

once the label is printed, the goods are ready to be delivered to the specific retail

outlets. The arrival of the requested goods at the retail outlets will be scanned in by

the receiving party and will appear on the screen of the warehouse manager for

monitoring purpose.



b) Smart Labelling Module:



The Smart Labelling Module will include a user friendly menu that will allow

users to conveniently manage the printing of standardized labels for their RFID

tagged goods. The system will provide users with a list of label templates that will

carry detailed information about the product such as product code, pricing, RFID

number, retail outlet code, etc.



c) Smart Shopping Cart Module:



The Smart Shopping Cart Module will provide customers with an innovative

shopping experience. The system will be installed in smart trolleys with RFID

foresee that new product features and new technology must be incorporated in our

The most significant events are the surveys done to specific target customer

segment to understand firstly on the operation requirement and also on the

setback of the current method or work and the availability of a solution in

question. After a preliminary discussion and survey, we will highlight the

significant contribution of our proposed development product.



A study on the competing products both locally and overseas are conducted via

the Internet by searching the web through the popular search engine i.e. Yahoo,

MSN Catcha, Google and Alta Vista to search for near competing product. A
