                                                                                                    As a Director of Executive Central, Glenn has developed
                                                                                                    a strong track record in working with senior teams of
                                                                                                    organisations to identify management issues and find
                                                                                                    solutions to create change at all levels.

                                                                                                    Glenn has been instrumental in achieving strategic
                                                                                                    organisational change in a range of small and large
                                                                                                    organisations as well as development of individuals and
                                                                                                    groups across a broad range of industries and executive
                                                                                                    levels.

                                                                                                    Glenn is accredited by Human Synergistics International
                                                                                                    to conduct leadership assessments using their Life Styles
                                                                                                    Inventory (LSI) tool and organisational reviews using their
                                                                                                    Organisational Cultural Inventory and Organisational
                                                                                                    Effectiveness Inventory.

                                                                                                    Glenn’s corporate experience has included executive
                                                                                                    level positions as Executive Director - Strategic Services
                                                                                                    for PlanningNSW, Director - Corporate Service
                                                                                                    Improvement, and Director - Performance Management
                                                                                                    and Development, both with NSW Department of
                                                                                                    Education and Training.

                                                                                                    Bringing with him a considered, practical and systematic
                                                                                                    approach to his work, Glenn’s priorities are to produce
                                                                                                    decisive results. He is well-regarded among his peers
                                                                                                    and maintains a high-level contact network across
                                                                                                    government, industry and the non-government sector.

                                                                                                    Complementing his specialised career, Glenn has a
                                                                                                    Masters of Management degree from the University of
                                                                                                    Technology.

                                                                                                    He is a keen ‘A’ Grade tennis player and enjoys an active
                                                                                                    family and social life.
