B vitamins, magnesium, zinc and Vitamin E)

Remove seeds from a whole pumpkin, leaving bits of string attached. Do not
wash. Place seeds in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Salt. Bake at 275
degrees. Shake often. Salt after 30 minutes and again 30 minutes later. The
pumpkin seeds are ready when they sound crunchy, slide easily in the pan and
are slightly brown.
