                     Fun and Healthy Holiday Recipes
     Roasted Pumpkin Seeds                              Easy White Chili
Ingredients                                  Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin seeds                         5 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1/4 cup lemon juice                          2 - 10 ounce cans of chicken broth
salt to taste                                3 - 16 ounce cans of white beans with liquid
                                             (White, Navy, Great Northern)
Directions:
Dilute the salt with the lemon juice         1 Tbsp. olive oil
                                             2 cups onions, finely chopped
