 As this is your opportunity to sell your nomination to the Australian Accounting Hall of Fame Selection Committee, the more
 information you provide on the candidate’s contributions, the better.

 As a guide, you may wish to consider some of the following:
   •   In what role(s) or area(s) has the nominee excelled?
   •   How has the nominee demonstrated service worthy of recognition?
   •   Impact of the nominee’s achievements -
       Describe the impact that these achievements have had on the nominee’s particular field. Explain how these achievements
       position the nominee in the history of the field. You may also comment on how the nominee has influenced the accounting
       community and/or inspired the general public.
   •   Over what period of time has the nominee made a significant contribution?
   •   Other recognition of the nominee -
       Has the nominee’s contribution been recognised elsewhere (e.g. in the media, by other awards, professional/ interest
       groups or through local government)? List any awards granted to the nominee both within and outside the accounting field,
       including honours and the dates these were made. Feel free to submit any other supporting documents (*see below) such
       as magazine articles, newspaper stories, and other citations, which feature the nominee and support your belief that the
