This year’s spring cleanup will be managed by Bill Kilgallin and Bill Potts. It will be held on April 17th, 2010 from 9AM
until 1PM. 'The Bills' are going to use a committee system to increase the efficiency of the effort during the cleanup
day. They have formed the following committees with specific areas of responsibility. Each committee will require the
indicated number of individuals. If you are interested in participating in cleanup day, please email the Bills at all of the
following email addresses: wkilgall@nsf.gov; bbdek1@aol.com; wpotts@sagesol.com and wpotts@cox.net and
identify 2-3 committees on which you are willing to serve. Please indicate if you are willing to serve as a team leader.

Waiver of pool maintenance fees will be given only for members who sign up with Bill and Bill.
Please provide them your membership number when you reply.

Family members are, of course, welcome to come and assist, but we ask that only individuals willing and able
to perform the necessary tasks actually sign up. In other words, the numbers indicated below are adults or
children of sufficient age and maturity to work independently.
