Job Title: Food & Beverages Server
(Bartender and Food Prep)
Work Days/Hours: 30 hours a week,
including weekends and holidays
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Description: Bartender and food preparation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare food products for sale (e.g., hot sandwiches soups salads Hamburgers).
Tend Bar in the Wetlands Bar (e.g., serve Beer, Wine and prepare mix drinks to owners and guests)
Order supplies daily.
Follow health and safety requirements of county health dept. and state regulations.
Marginal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work in other areas of the F&B areas such as the Breakfast bar and other areas as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
Must be able to read and speak English. Some Spanish is helpful but not required.
Must be able to handle cash register and have the math skills to make change, balance cash drawer
and register closing.
Knowledgeable about food handling procedures and the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Must demonstrate excellent record keeping and cash handling abilities.
Manual dexterity skills required
Must be able to work with little supervision
Excellent customer service skills; must be customer oriented
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Must obtain OLCC servers permit within 45 working days of hire.
Must obtain food handlers permit immediately. Company will reimburse fees to associate upon
completion of classes.
