                                                              Department: Food & beverage
                                                              Job Title: Food & Beverages Server
                                                              (Bartender and Food Prep)
                                                              Work Days/Hours: 30 hours a week,
                                                              including weekends and holidays
                                                              Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
                                                              Pre-Employment Requirements: Pre-
                                                              employment survey, reference check, criminal
                                                              background check, drug test.

Job Description: Bartender and food preparation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Prepare food products for sale (e.g., hot sandwiches soups salads Hamburgers).
    Tend Bar in the Wetlands Bar (e.g., serve Beer, Wine and prepare mix drinks to owners and guests)
    Order supplies daily.
    Follow health and safety requirements of county health dept. and state regulations.

Marginal Duties and Responsibilities:
   * Work in other areas of the F&B areas such as the Breakfast bar and other areas as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
    High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
    Must be able to read and speak English. Some Spanish is helpful but not required.
    Must be able to handle cash register and have the math skills to make change, balance cash drawer
      and register closing.

Technical Skills:
    Knowledgeable about food handling procedures and the sale of alcoholic beverages.
    Must demonstrate excellent record keeping and cash handling abilities.

Performance Skills:
    Manual dexterity skills required
    Must be able to work with little supervision
    Excellent customer service skills; must be customer oriented

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
    Must obtain OLCC servers permit within 45 working days of hire.
    Must obtain food handlers permit immediately. Company will reimburse fees to associate upon
        completion of classes.
