equal to or above your annual band payment.
               Deadlines

Your Pledge forms must be turned in by April 18
(Black box).
AT&T Birdies for Charity Must Collect on all the
Pledges for Parkview Band Boosters
to be Eligible for the Bonus Bucks Program.
Once Pledge Forms are sent in to the Black Box in
the Band Room, Students and Parents are Not
Directly Responsible to Collect the Pledge.
Invoicing for Pledges is Handled by the Birdies for
Charity Organization. The only Follow-up a Student
would need to do is in those Instances where Pledges
have not been Received from Contributors by June
30th.

This event is the Primary fundraiser for the
 Annual Band Payment
By channeling your payments through the BFC program, it
maximizes the Bonus we receive from AT&T
Receiving this Bonus allows us to pass on a portion to each
participating student in the form of Prizes, Gift Certificate(s)
    and additional escrow.
 Example (for demonstration purposes only):
    Total Collected by Charities: $200,000
Band Collects $28,000 (14% of the total above).
PHS Band Collects 14% of $50,000 (Bonus Bucks) = $7,000!
25% ($1750.00) divided proportionately by the students
who participated. A 6.25% rebate. Don’t forget to the add
the Gift Card too, another 10% for a 16.25% total rebate!
         Assumptions Based
         Upon the Past

ALL OF THE ABOVE MAKES ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT
GENERAL PARTICIPATION. Since we don’t know about
actual participation until the end of June, and payments for the
BFC folks won’t arrive until late July -- one certainty: there is
definitely a $50,000 bonus that will be divided among all
organizations raising a minimum of $2,000!
                                                       Parkview High School
