                           HEALTH DAY AND MEETING

Health Clinic Appointments start at 9 a.m. and the meeting will follow the conclusions of
the appointments – about 1 p.m.

At 12 noon, we will have Dr. Meg Alonso from Lehigh Valley Imaging speaking to us
about the low cost diagnostic MRI being offered at her clinic for Cavaliers.

We will be offering the following clinics – heart auscultations, heart echo-cardiograms,
CERF eye exams, OFA hip x-rays (for dogs 20 lbs. and under), OFA patella exams, and
microchips. All services must be prepaid.

DIRECTIONS TO THE MEETING: From GWB, Holland Tunnel, Staten Island – Take
the NJ TPK to Exit 14. Follow the signs for the local lanes of Interstate 78 West. Stay
on I-78 West until exit for Route 24 West. Get onto Route 24 West and stay to the far
right. Get off at the first exit 9A which comes up IMMEDIATELY. At the top of the
exit ramp merge into the far left lane BEFORE the traffic light at Broad Street. At the
traffic light make a U-Turn toward Calico Corners and the Bagel Store. Stay in the left
lane once you make the U-Turn. Go past the left hand crossover for Route 24 West.
Proceed to the U-Turn sign also on the left. Make the U-Turn toward Bank of America.
Just past the Bank of America is an Exxon Station. Immediately beyond the Exxon
Station is the entrance for the Summit Dog and Cat Hospital.

From the West follow Interstate 78 East and follow directions for Route 24 West as
above.
