                                   CLERK’S MINUTES ON CRIMINAL SENTENCING

Defendant is adjudged guilty on Counts One and Four of the Information.
IMPRISONMENT:             120 Months; This term consists of terms of 120 months on each of Counts One and Four to run concurrent.
Court Recommends:         That defendant be confined at FCI Coleman, Florida.
Supervised Release:       5 years; 5 years on Count One and 3 years on Count Four to run concurrent.
MANDATORY DRUG TESTING requirements are: Imposed.
Special Conditions of Supervised Release are:
         Participate in a program for treatment of narcotic addiction or drug or alcohol dependency.
         Participate in a program for mental health treatment and contribute to costs of program.
         Submit to a search of her person, residence, place of business, etc. as directed by the Probation Officer.
         Community Service Program:          Perform 50 hours in lieu of paying a fine.
         Cooperate in the collection of DNA, as directed by the Probation Officer.
Fine and costs of imprisonment/supervision:       Waived.
Special Assessment:       $200.00.
Forfeiture pursuant to:     Plea Agreement.
Defendant is remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal.
Additional remarks:       Defendant is advised of right to appeal.
