                HUGE RATINGS FOR HALF TON MUM
The Eyeworks UK documentary Half Ton Mum continues to be a ratings winner internationally after
its impressive UK premiere on Channel 4 where it reached the highest audience for a documentary in
more than a year. Yesterday’s broadcast in the Netherlands (RTL 5) gained an excellent 13.3% market
share in the target group 20-49, more than doubling the networks’ time slot. In Sweden the show
also gained a massive 17.7% market share for Kanal 5, again doubling the station’s average.

Half Ton Mum was originally broadcast on Channel 4 in the UK on 2nd January 2008 to an audience of
4.7 million viewers (18.2%). The documentary has also been sold in Belgium (VTM), Australia
(Channel 9), Norway (TV Norge) and Denmark (SBS), with more deals to be announced shortly.
