Far East Consortium International Ltd. (Far East Consortium) is engaged in real estate property development and
related activities. The company is also engaged in property development and investment, hotel operations and loan
financing. It has its operations spread across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Far East
Consortium has segregated its operations under three business segments, namely, property development and
investment, hotel operations, and financial products.
In property development and investment, the company is engaged in development of properties and letting and
sale of the same across Australia, China and Hong Kong. During the fiscal year, Far East Consortium has acquired
97,000 square feet of vacant land in the central business district of Melbourne. It intends to build four residential
towers consisting of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 apartments with approximately one million square feet of gross
floor area. The segm
