HARTFORD, Conn.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Rent-A-Center (RAC), the nation’s leading rent-to-own
operator, has selected FM Facility Maintenance (FM) to provide facility management services for its 3,000
company-owned stores nationwide and in Canada and Puerto Rico.

Under the service agreement, FM will provide comprehensive facility management services including plumbing and
electrical services and cleaning programs for all RAC stores. FM will also manage capital projects for RAC store
locations.

“We are very pleased about our new relationship with FM Facility Maintenance, which will enable our stores to
focus on our customers and their core business,” said Trey Feiler, vice president of store development for RAC. “By
leveraging FM’s strengths, we will greatly simplify our store managers’ responsibilities, improve the consistency of
our customer experience, and enhance visibility of expenses while lowering overall maintenance costs through
guaranteed savings.”

FM’s Three Key Components to Service Process — world-class service provider network, high-end service
delivery, program management and reporting features — will allow RAC to centralize its maintenance activity and
reduce costs. Furthermore, FM’s tracking and reporting will identify opportunities for continuous operational and
financial improvement

“This is a great opportunity for FM to provide better solutions and project specific services for a growing company
such as RAC,” said FM Facility Maintenance President Jim Reavey. “With a decade of retail store experience
servicing national brands, we are well equipped to handle RAC’s multi-faceted and multi-location maintenance
needs. Our simple approach will continue to focus on the total cost of ownership as it relates to repairs and
maintenance expenses, energy cost and capital. The continued result will be a comprehensive and simplified solution
for our client.”

FM also provides facility maintenance services for other top brands, including 7-Eleven, Outback Steakhouse,
ExxonMobil, Goodyear Tires, REI and Dollar General. The addition of RAC to its client roster further strengthens
FM’s position as one of the largest facility maintenance companies in North America, Puerto Rico and Canada. FM
Facility Maintenance’s unique business model provides guaranteed operational and financial results.
