3) Enter totals using Autosum – change these totals into absolute
references (e.g. the one with the $ signs)
4) Centre heading using merge and centre
5) Apply centre justification to columns C,D,E
6) Insert 4 more rows for 4 different people (any names you like)

7) It should now look something like this:

8) Click on Row 2 and insert 5 new rows between 1 and 2
9) In A3 type in Totals for Brunch
10) In A4 type in Totals for dinner
11) In A5 type in Totals for tour.
12) Copy and paste the totals from the bottom of your table into
the correct cells.
13 SAVE your work
14) It should look something like this:

15. Rename the sheet. Put your mouse cursor on the Sheet 1 tab
at the bottom of the spreadsheet and select rename. Change the
name to counts.

23. Freezing columns

As our spreadsheets get bigger you may need to learn how to
freeze cells.

   Position your cursor on the title Budget for meeting costs.
   Now click on window in the menu bar
   Then freeze panes
   Two lines appear on your spreadsheet, as you move across
    your spreadsheet, your headings stay visible.
   Now click back on the title and click unfreeze panes – this
    turns it off.

Repeating Headings

As your files get larger, when you print the information is split
across multiple pages and it is sometimes difficult to see what
the data.

To include column or row headings on each page click
   File
   page setup,
   Sheet
   Print Titles put in a range here for example e3:H3
Page Breaks

To set page breaks select the row you want the break to appear
at. Then choose Insert/Page break.
