IT'S TIME TO PUT ON YOUR BOWLING SHOES!
Junior Achievement of New Mexico to host The New Mexico Chile Bowl at Santa Ana
Albuquerque, NM, (Date) -- It's time to put on your bowling shoes and join us at Santa
Ana Starlight Lanes on (date) to have a great time while raising funds to continue the
programs of Junior Achievement of New Mexico.
You don't need to be a good bowler; just an enthusiastic one. How does the “Chile
Bowl” work? You get together your friends, co-workers or family members to form a
team. Each of you then collects pledges from your other friends, co-workers and family
members. Then you join us for a fun-filled, exciting day of bowling and prize giveaways.
Even if you do not bowl a strike, you will be making a strike for local students’
education. Proceeds will benefit Junior Achievement. So call your local Junior
Achievement office at 505-344-0861 for more details on how to sign up!
About Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement is the world's largest and fastest-growing organization dedicated to educating young
people about business, economics and free enterprise. Through age-appropriate curricula, JA programs
begin at the elementary school level, teaching children how they can impact the world around them as
individuals, workers and consumers. JA programs continue through the middle and high school grades,
preparing students for additional key economic and workforce issues they will face in the future. Today JA
reaches more than four million students through 150 offices nationwide and another two million students
in more than 100 countries worldwide. For more information, visit www.ja.org.
