ANZI CONFERENCE 2010
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
RHONDALYNN KOROLAK, IMAGINEERING UNLIMITEDAV
WHAT IF YOUR GREATEST MISFORTUNE WAS THE BEST THING
THAT EVER HAPPENED TO YOU?
As coaches we are often called to help others on issues/areas where
we ourselves have struggled. In order to do this effectively, it means we
have to have dealt with our own issues, and not just in an “intellectual”
sense. We often assume that we are broken or somehow damaged goods
because of the adversity we have faced. We don’t want others (or our
clients) to know what has happened to us – for fear they might judge us for
our own shortcomings and inadequacies.
However, it is precisely the challenges, tragedies and obstacles we have
overcome that have made us who we are and we are better people and
coaches for those experiences. Perhaps Richard Nixon summed it up
brilliantly when he said “the strongest steel goes through the hottest fire”.
This presentation will challenge and inspire you to see your own life through
new eyes and it will define with absolute clarity your mission and purpose
as a coach. If you want to start showing up in your business and taking
your results to a whole new level, this presentation is a must-see.
ABOUT RHONDALYNN
From humble beginnings and despite formidable obstacles, Rhondalynn has learnt what it takes to succeed in life as a leader, author
and entrepreneur. She is a fully qualified lawyer, chartered accountant, clinical hypnotherapist, thought field therapist, psychotherapist
and Master of NLP and is considered a leading expert at business acceleration, the power of influence and mental toughness.
NOEL POSUS, ANZI COACHING COACH OF THE YEAR 2008, 2009
HAVING A LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT ATTITUDE TO COACHING
Years prior to being awarded Coach of the Year from ANZI Coaching,
Noel developed an attitude of being awarded the “Lifetime
Achievement Award to Coaching” and made plans of having the
award crafted and placed on his desk as a constant reminder of the
role and responsibilities he feels he has to the coaching industry. This
isn’t arrogance; it’s an inspirational and driving force. This presentation
explains the process, how we can all use it, what it involves and what
it truly means. Having a lifetime achievement attitude means always
being focused on being a force for good for ourselves, our clients, our
business ventures and our industry.”
ABOUT NOEL
Noel Posus is a Master Coach with nearly 20 years experience as a professional educator, coach and author. He is the author
of 30 Days of Incredible Awareness, as well as co-author of the 13 books in The Wheels of Life series, including filming the
65 tutorial videos for that coaching methodology. He enjoys a extremely successful career in coaching and has enjoyed
a plethora of roles including lecturing and coaching at the University of Colorado at Denver in multicultural diversity and
psychodrama, master coach, lecturer and assessor at LCIA, mentor at Coachville, board member of International Institute of
Coaching (formerly ECI) and part time lecturer at the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies (“Coaching in Conflict”).

DIANE EDWARDS, ZURI CONSULTING
Three Birds with One Stone – Creating Coaching
Cultures through Consultation and Collaboration
Coaching never exists in a vacuum. Across the spectrum of organisations, coaching

isolation, with context limited to the personal world view.
STEVE FRANCIS, DIRECTOR GR8 PEOPLE
