     T       he architect’s vision for the Rhodes Development required extensive
             attention to the external cladding and façade walls of all four tow-

     Capital B Masonry was established six years ago to fill a niche market in the
     building trades by providing high quality professional masonry to a range of
     developments and commercial projects. Their extensive portfolio is testa-
     ment to their success in providing this kind of high quality work. Recently
     completed projects include, the Zonie Constructions development on Wil-
     liams St in Sydney, also ROC Construction Stage 3 Sacred Heart on Military
     Road in Mosman, and the RSL War Veterans Home in Narrabeen. Currently
     they are working on SMS Constructions project in Elizabeth Bay & Eliza
     Apartments for Bezzina, a waterfront super-luxury development on Wolse-

     Capital B’s involvement in the Rhodes Development began last year after
     careful consultation with the developers and architects. Initially, they were
     engaged on all the basement brickwork and load bearing retaining walls.
     From there, they moved onto the external skin of brickwork for the four
     towers using 90mm brickwork and finally, using Rockface™, an imitation
     sandstone block (590mm x 247mm) made out of concrete and pigment, they
     completed the external concrete filled block walls.
