Post Mortem evaluation was carried out in September 2004.

• The learners was introduced to Post Mortem method and
Project Management theory

The Post Mortem was successful:
• Opportunity to discuss estimation in the project and to look for
   successes and failures
• Elaborate on learning from both the successes and the failures

• The post mortem was evaluated as the last activity and the learners had
learned both about Project Management and about doing Post Mortems

          Comments from Manager
• The strength is a taylor-made WBL
     – According to the company strategy
     – According the need of the individual engineering
     – According to the need of a single project
• 20-50 % CEE is suitable for WBL
• Absent at traditional courses / Not absent at WBL
  - dilemma
• University ’long-haired’ theory meet practical
  workday in company
• Arrange and organize meetings
