Please make all cheques, money orders or drafts payable IN CANADIAN FUNDS to
THE GOLDEN RETRIEVER CLUB OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (GRCBC).
US funds must be in the form of a Canadian money order (US funds at par).
An $8.40 (inc GST) listing fee, as established by the CKC, must accompany the entry of a dog for which a CKC individual
registration, an ERN or PEN is not shown on the entry form.
ERN’s (Event Registration Numbers) for foreign born or foreign owned dogs can be obtained from the CKC.
An ERN must be applied for within 30 days of the test or all awards to the dog will be canceled.
No phone, faxed, telegraphed or late entries will be accepted.
Entries must be typewritten or clearly printed. Owners are responsible for errors on entry forms.
A separate entry form for each dog in each test is required (official CKC entry form).

* Bitches in season may not compete and shall not be allowed on or near the test grounds.
* Working Certificate Test Rules and Regulations Books are available from the Canadian Kennel Club,
200 Ronson Drive, Suite 400, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 5Z9
* Entry and listing fees paid for any dog withdrawn because of estrus; injury, illness or death shall be refunded in
full. An appropriate veterinary certificate must be given to the test secretary before the start of the test to qualify for
a refund. All refunds must be requested in writing and once the catalogue has been printed, will be less CKC event
fees and listing fees if applicable.
* 6.4.1 - A dog that is individually registered in the records of the Canadian Kennel Club or has an ERN or has a
PEN and has completed the requirements for a WC or WCI in accordance with the provisions of these rules, may,
after closing date and time for entries for a test, be transferred from the WC to the WCI test or from the WCI to the
WCX test providing the request for transfer is submitted by the owner, handler or agent to the test secretary in
writing prior to the commencement of the test, and be delivered to the Test Secretary one hour prior to the
start of the test. Difference in cost of entry fees must be paid when moving up.
* Males and females will be run in the order of the draw or at the discretion of the Marshall.
* Participants shall not wear white or light coloured clothing at any time. Handlers may wear a handling jacket for
the blinds in the WCX test.
* There is no food concession on the test grounds.
* Rosettes will be awarded for all qualifying dogs and will be presented at the end of the tests.
* 10.1.6 - “No training will be allowed on the test grounds within 24 hours of the start of the test. A bumper
thrown by the handler for the purpose of warm-up shall not be considered training.”
* If you have any questions or need more info, please contact the Test Secretary, do not contact TNT directly.
It shall be the duty and obligation of the test-giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an
event held under these rules is not subject to indignities of any kind. On report of the test-giving Club of an alleged
indignity of any kind, the Working Certificate Test Committee of the Club shall forthwith conduct an investigation and
shall at once render its decision to the parties concerned. It shall also, within twenty-one days after the test, report to The
Canadian Kennel Club the nature of the alleged indignity, the names of the parties concerned and its findings. The
Discipline Committee of The Canadian Kennel Club shall have the power to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a
report indicating that this rule has been violated. A copy of this rule shall be prominently placed in every premium list.
By attending this test, competitors and spectators acknowledge that The Golden Retriever Club of Canada, The Golden
Retriever Club of British Columbia, test officials, volunteers and the landowners involved do not accept liability for any
loss, damage or injury incurred by exhibitors, dogs or spectators.

DIRECTIONS TO TNT KENNELS – WC, WCI & WCX TEST SITE
From Highway #1. Take exit #73 which is 264th Street and head south about one block. Turn left onto 52nd Avenue.
When you reach 48th Avenue, turn left, and once you are parallel with the #1 Highway, 48th Avenue turns into Watson
From The USA: Aldergrove Border Crossing opens at 8 am. Head north on Highway 13 (264th Street) to 52nd Avenue
and turn right. When you reach 48th Avenue, turn left, and once you are parallel with the #1 Highway, 48th Avenue turns
into Watson Road. Sumas/Huntington Border Crossing: Head north to Highway #1, and follow directions above.
There will be no camping available at TNT Kennels. Please do not bring trailers, motorhomes or 5th wheels onto
the grounds. Accommodations should be arranged prior to arrival. Please check with your motel/campground regarding
their policy for accommodating dogs. Book early!!
