Tully Rinckey PLLC Donates $1000 to
National Center for Missing & Exploited
Children
22 Sep 2008
September 22, 2008 – Albany, NY – Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce its donation of $1000 in
support of the 2008 Greater Capital District Ride for Missing Children. The event honors the memory of
missing children and aims to increase public awareness of the plight of all missing and exploited children
and the need to child safety education.
During the event, a unified team of bicyclists rides for 100 miles escorted by New York State Police. The
riders stop at schools along the way to educate on child safety and abduction prevention through
awareness programs.
The event is sponsored by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, whose mission is to
help prevent child abduction and sexual exploitation, find missing children, and assist victims of child
abduction and sexual exploitation, their families and the professionals who serve them.
“With several attorneys at our firm serving as certified attorneys for the child in New York State, we often
see first hand the ongoing results of abuse and neglect,” said Greg Rinckey, managing partner of Tully
Rinckey PLLC. “An event like the Ride is so important to furthering awareness of the need of families in
the Capital Region.”
The event culminates in a closing ceremony on September 26 at the Empire State Plaza.
The funds raised go directly towards missing child poster distribution, educational programs, case
management, and the mission of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Regional Office
in Mohawk Valley.
