                     Require an After Hours on Call Support Worker
                     For the Djookanka Women’s Refuge in Narrogin

This position supports women and children escaping family or domestic violence and
women who for a variety of reasons have become homeless. This position requires the
successful applicant to have
   • mobile phone range (phone supplied)
   • the ability to work the after hours roster, the hours being 4.45pm to 9am on call,
       this position allows you to work from home until called in.
   • There may be the possibility of sleep over shift on occasions

The roster is Monday to Thursday night shift from 4.45pm to 9am.

This position is a family friendly one, allowing the successful applicant to be largely at
home with the family whilst earning a wage.

You will need to live in the town of Narrogin or be able to attend the refuge within 10
minutes.

Continuous training and support is provided to all employees to assist in their
achievement of work orientated goals and ensure best practice outcomes for the clients.
