									                                    Duty Statement:

                                    PAC Officer
The PAC Officer’s duties include:


1. Convening PAC meetings
2. Notifying PAC members of meeting dates and times at least one week prior to
the meeting.
3. Setting meeting agenda in consultation with relevant office bearers and PAC
members.
4. Ensuring the Council receives PAC meeting minutes in a timely fashion.
5. Report to Council on PAC activities.
6. Informing SUPRA members of PAC meetings and activities.
7. Consulting with appropriate staff, office bearers and councillors regarding
policy content, activities planned and services required.
8. Anything else as the Council or PAC shall determine from time to time.
