DECLARATION OF TRUST
The Jane Doe Living Trust
This Agreement and Declaration of Trust is entered into and effective as of the undersigned date.
Jane Doe, (hereinafter “Grantor”) hereby expressly revokes and/or terminates any and all former living trusts and/or revocable living trusts that were previously created by the Grantor.

Article I Trust Name Article II Definitions
1.1 Trust Name: The name of this revocable living trust shall be “The Jane Doe Revocable Living Trust” (hereinafter “Trust”).
2.1 Declaration of Trust: The Declaration of Trust includes this document, its attached schedules, and any valid amendment hereto.
2.2 Grantor: The grantor of this document is Jane Doe. In such an event that there is more than one grantor, Grantor shall refer to each grantor.
2.3 Trust: The Jane Doe Revocable Living Trust formed and enacted as described in the Declaration of Trust.

2.4 Trustee: For purposes of interpreting this document, the trustee shall be construed as whatever person, persons, or legal entity is serving as Trustee, Successor Trustee,

Alternate Successor Trustee, or Co-Trustee. Trustee does not refer to a deputy trustee unless otherwise specifically stated.
Article III Trust Property 3.1 Trust Corpus: Grantor hereby declares that he or she has transferred all right, title, and interest to the property listed in Schedule A attached hereto to the Trust.

3.2 Additional Property: In addition to any property listed in Schedule A, the Trust shall have and retain, unless otherwise directed in writing by a grantor or Grantor in his or her capacity as Trustee of the Trust, all right, title, and interest to the following:
a. Any and all proceeds of property sold or exchanged or otherwise traceable to any assets listed in Schedule A.
b. All rents, profits, and other income derived or otherwise traceable to property held by the trust.
c. Any other property and/or income derived or traceable therefrom, that are, from time to time, added by a grantor, and/or Trustee to the trust.
d. Any property to which any right, title, and/or interest have been granted to the trust by any person other than a grantor or Trustee to the Trust.
3.3 Nature of Property: At the time this trust was created, Grantor was a single person and any items or interests included therein were separate property.
3.4 Marriage of Grantor: In such event as the Grantor may become married, it is the Grantor's intent that, unless otherwise indicated in writing by the Grantor, any and all property or interests held by the Trust remain separate property to the maximum extent permissible by law.
