    Payment terms are all negotiable. Payment prior to delivery or by account which can be
    arranged for approved customers, for payment 7 days from invoice – please ask for a
    credit application.

    Payment can be made by any of the following methods:-

    Cash
    Major credit cards (2.5% surcharge will apply)
    Cheque - by prior arrangement to approved clients.

    Deposit for large events are required, an initial deposit of 10% of the estimated cost or
    $2,000 whichever is greater. All events held within 30 days will require full payment
    prior to event.

    15% surcharge on public holidays.

    A cancellation fee (25%) will apply to any large event cancelled within 14 days of the
    date of event. Deposit is not refundable. For smaller functions & deliveries up to
    $1,000 a 50% fee will be applicable if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery.

    Final numbers on smaller functions (up to $5,000) are required 2 days prior to
    function. Numbers can be increased, however should the final numbers fall within 2
    days of function, client will be charged full per person price.

    Breakage or loss of crockery, glassware, equipment etc will be charged to the client
    and it is the client.
