This is the Last Will and Testament
Of me Elizabeth Knaggs of No 29 Boosebeck Rd Skelton Green in the County of York Widow I make and execute this twenty ninth day of November One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen
Herby revoke all Will herby made before me. I appoint my sons Reginauld Victor Knaggs and Herbert William Knaggs to be the executors of this my Will I give and bequeath the whole of my clothes meaning apparel household linen and bedding unto my three daughters Margaret Ann Blackett Edith Amelia Pashley and Maud Mary Dixon for be fairly and equally distributed among them in such manner as they shall agree or in case of difference be settled by my executors whose decision shall be final I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder unto thre said Reginauld Victor Knaggs Herbert William Margaret Ann Blackett Edith Amelia Pashley Maud Mary Dixon and my son Richard Knaggs absolutely in equal shares. Probate of Will of Elizabeth Knaggs 9 Oct 1934 In Her Majestys High Court of Justice

Be it known that Elizabeth Knaggs of No 29 Boosebeck Rd Skelton Green in the County of York Widow Died on the 30th day of September 1934 at Skelton Green aforesaid AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at that date herunder written the last Will and Testament ( a copy whereof is herunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of his Majestys high court of justice and administration of all the estate by which law devolves to and vests in the personal representatives of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid court to Reginauld Victor Knaggs of the Police house Battersby Junction Great Ayton in the said County Police Constable and Herbert William Knaggs of 13 Harker St Skelton Green aforesaid Labourer sons of the deceased executors in the said Will And it is herby certified an affidavit for the inland revenue has been delivered wherin it is shown the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have possessed of or entitled to as a a trustee And not beneficially amounts to £ 201-6-5 and the said affidavit bears a stamp of £ 1 – 10-00 Dated the 9th day of October 1934
