Mr. DOOLITTLE (for himself and Mr. HERGER) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Resources A BILL To direct the Secretary of the Interior to quitclaim to Yuba River Properties certain land in Yuba County, California, so as to extinguish a claim of title asserted by the Department of the Interior. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. QUITCLAIM OF LAND OF YUBA RIVER PROPERTIES.
(a) QUITCLAIM- The Secretary of Interior is directed to execute and deliver, without consideration, a quitclaim deed to Yuba River Properties, a California partnership, conveying all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b), including all minerals underlying said land. (b) LAND DESCRIPTION- The land referred to in subsection (a) is Lot 5 of Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 5 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, State of California.
