PROPERTY DEED TRANSFER
I, Peter Falls, have this day of February 04, 1801 bargained and sold to John Thompson, both of the county of Dodge and state of New York for the consideration of $100.00 to me in hand paid a certain tract or parcel of land situated in said county and state bounded as follows: The said parcel is located in the Dead Forest in the Northeast corner of Dodge County with a size of 10 square miles. The said parcel is mostly land cleared, hilly and water running through the territory. To have and to hold the said land within described and all appurtenances belonging thereto, to said John Thompson and every part of the same. I do covenant that I am lawfully seized of said land and have a good right to convey it and that the same is unencumbered. I do further agree to warrant and defend the title to the same John Thompson, his heirs forever against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.
