When a person makes a decision to review his/her personal affairs, a real milestone in his/her life occurs, since both have reached an element of maturity. Millions of words have been written exhorting them to draft their wills, because it will be the most important document they will ever sign in their lives. Failure to make clear and legal disposition of money, possessions and property – or failure to draft a will at all despite all the prompting of lawyers, wife, family, social agencies and even close friends- is one of civilized mankind commonest faults!! It cannot be by – passed without probable harmful consequences. You – Can take steps today, to put your affairs in order. You – Can make certain insofar as is humanly possible, that your family is given every opportunity to continue as a family should, during such an emotional upheaval. How can you proceed? Decide that you do not know all the answers and look for assistance. 1. - Consult a lawyer you have used or a trust company or a credit union you have used. Their initial discussions most often are free. 2. - Discuss your property holdings with your bank. 3. - Review your life insurance portfolio with your underwriter. 4. -Follow their counsel, after it is tailored to your own needs. Bequeath priceless peace of mind to your loved ones. Up to now, you may be one who has previously not realized his/ her needs and those of your family. Perhaps, you now have s some ideas to consider.
