          TeamVodafone VIP V8 Supercar experience competition


1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of
     entry. Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these conditions
     of entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters, participating
    retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
    enter.
4. Competition commences 8/3/2010 at 8:30 pm AEDST and final entries
    close and must be received by 11.59pm AEDST on 18/4/2010
    (“Competition Period”). The winner will be notified by phone call by
    10/5/2010 (“Winner Notification Date”). Winners’ names may be
    published on www.vodafone.com.au and
    www.biggestloser.com.au/vodafone. The Promoters' decision is final
    and no correspondence will be entered into. An entry is deemed to be
    received at the time of its receipt by the Promoters and not at the time of
    transmission by the entrant.
5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of
winners. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the
basis of originality and creativity as determined by the Promoters in their
sole discretion.

6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period, go to
    www.biggestloser.com.au/vodafone, provide the required personal
    information (including a valid email address) and answer the
    following question in 25 words or less “why you would like to win a
    VIP V8 Supercar experience for you and a friend?”.
7. Only one entry permitted per person, per day, provided that each
    entry is substantially unique.
8. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants
    (including an entrant’s identity, age and email address) and to disqualify
    any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
    conditions of entry, who tampers with the entry process or who submits
    an entry that the Promoters, in their sole discretion, deem to be offensive,
    inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the
    competition. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of their rights at any
    stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any
     incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry
     invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoters if their
     personal details change prior to the Winner Notification Date.
10. The best entry as determined by the Promoters, in their sole discretion,
    will win a VIP V8 Supercar experience for themself and one friend,
    which includes:
a) 2 x corporate tickets to the Bathurst 1000 on October 9 & 10, 2010 (“the
     Event”) valued at $2500
b) Meet and Greet with TeamVodafone drivers for the winner and their
    companion on one day of the Event.
c) Tour of the TeamVodafone Garage for the winner and their companion on
    one day of the Event;
d) 2 x TeamVodafone Merchandise Packs including a TeamVodafone Shirt,
     Cap and Jacket valued at $700;
e) Two nights accommodation in a three star hotel (one twin room) in Bathurst
on October 9 and 10 (such hotel to be at the discretion of the Promoters)
valued at up to $1000;

f) 2 x economy class airfares from the winner’s closest capital city airport to
      Sydney, NSW, plus bus transfers for two from Sydney airport to the hotel
      in Bathurst (in the event that the winner is not a resident of New South
      Wales) OR 2 x economy class airfare from the winners closest regional
      airport to Sydney, NSW, plus bus transfers for two from Sydney airport to
      the hotel in Bathurst (in the event that the winner is a resident of New
      South Wales, but not Sydney) OR 2 x bus transfers for two from a bus
      depot in Sydney (the location to be at the discretion of the Promoters) to
      the hotel in Bathurst (in the event that the winner is a resident of Sydney),
      such airline and bus company and scheduled flight/bus time and to be at
      the discretion of the Promoters (maximum value is $2500 depending on
      point of departure and means of transport);
(g) 2 x transfers from the hotel in Bathurst to and from the Event on each day
of the Event valued at $50.
(h) VIP hospitality including food and beverage at the Event, as determined by
the Promoter at the Promoter’s discretion (included in corporate ticket value).


11. Travel is based on the winner and their companion travelling together and
     sharing accommodation.
12. The winner and their companion are responsible for making their way to and
    from their home to their nearest capital city airport (if the winner is not a resident
    of New South Wales) or nearest regional airport (if the winner is a resident of
    New South Wales, but not Sydney) or bus depot (if the winner is a resident of
    Sydney) and for any further costs associated with redeeming the Prize which
    are not otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, including but not
    limited to, food and beverage expenses, additional entertainment and/or
    miscellaneous expenses. For the avoidance of doubt, no “spending money” is
    included in the prize.
    13. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each
        airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may
        have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their
        current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from
        any airline.

    14. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner
        at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once
        accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.

    15. The passes component of the prize is subject to the Event venue and ticket
        terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoters
        and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner
        (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not
        limited to intoxication, whilst taking any element of the prize. The winner
        acknowledges that if they or their companion are not permitted to participate
        or to continue to participate in the prize for any reason set out in this clause,
        the prize will not be rescheduled and the winner or their companion will not
        be entitled to compensation.
    16. The prize winner and any companions acknowledge that motor racing and
        driving are dangerous activities and that participating in the prize may result
        in personal injury to or death of, a driver, passenger(s) and spectator(s), and
        the prize winner and their companion participate at their own risk.


    17. If for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take their
    prize or an element of their prize by the time stipulated by the Promoters,
    then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize
    winner and neither cash nor any other prize will be awarded in lieu. In any
    event, if the winner does not claim their prize within 90 days of the date
    upon which the Promoters first attempt to contact them, they will forfeit
    the prize and the Promoters will select the next best entry. This process
    will continue either until the particular prize is claimed or valid entries are
    exhausted, whichever occurs first.
18. Each work submitted as part of an entry (“Work”) becomes the property of
    the Promoters. As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to
    the Promoters a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide licence to use and
    exploit all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation,
    copyright) in and to the Work and consents to the Promoters doing (or
    omitting to do) any acts in respect of the Work which may otherwise
    constitute an infringement of an entrant’s moral rights. For the avoidance
    of doubt, the Promoters use all or part of an entrant’s Work(s) for
    promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in respect of the
    competition, the Promoters or otherwise. Each entrant warrants to the
    Promoters that the Work submitted is an original work of the entrant
    which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the
    warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being
    invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies the Promoters against all
    loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoters arising from that
    entrant’s breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
19. If a prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoters, in their
    discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the
    prize) with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification,
    unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
20. Once prizes have left the Promoters’ premises, the Promoters take no
    responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

21. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to
sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoters in its absolute
discretion.

22. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the
    Promoters, the competition is not capable of being conducted as
    reasonably anticipated, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole
    discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify
    any entrant; and/or (b) to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel
    the promotion.
23. Unless otherwise stipulated, no prize is transferable, exchangeable or
    redeemable for cash.
24. Except for any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from
    these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part
    of these conditions of entry to be void (“Non Excludable Condition”), the
    Promoters exclude from these conditions of entry all conditions,
    warranties and terms, implied by statute, general law or custom. Except
    for any liability in relation to a Non Excludable Condition, the Promoters
    (including its officer, employees and agents) exclude all liability whether
    arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or
    otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including
    without limitation loss of opportunity or loss or profits) whether direct,
    indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
    competition, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical
    difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s
    control): (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c)
    any entry or prize claim that is late, lost altered, damaged or misdirected
    (whether or not after receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond
    the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to
    that stated in these conditions of entry ; (e) any tax implications; (f) the
    cancellation or postponement of the Event; and/or (g) a prize or use of
    a prize.
25. Each entrant consents, if the entrant becomes a winner, to the Promoters
    using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including
    photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in an media for an
    unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of
    promoting this competition (including any outcome), the Promoters and or
    products/services supplied by the Promoters.
26. The Promoters collect personal information in order to conduct the
    competition and provide any goods/services requested and may, for that
   purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not
   limited to, prize suppliers or a regulatory authority and for any purpose to
   which the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to,
   future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants should
   direct any request to access, update or correct information to the
   Promoters. All entries become the property of the Promoters.
27. The Promoters are Vodafone Pty Limited of 799 Pacific Highway
    Chatswood, NSW, 2067, ABN 76 062 954 554 and Network TEN Pty
