Crossfire Entertainment is a Vancouver based special event company
that specializes in the production of liquor festivals, live music national tours,
live music shows and large charity events. Crossfire Entertainment’s primary

fESTiVAL TEMpLATE
The Hopscotch Festival is Canada’s biggest festival celebrating whisky and
premium beer. 2009 will mark The Hopscotch Festival’s 13th anniversary.

The Hopscotch Festival was started in 1996 as a one-night whisky and beer
tasting targeted to the region’s most dedicated whisky and premium beer
enthusiasts. Over the last 13 years, Hopscotch has transformed into a five-day
festival, attracting the world’s most authoritative whisky speakers, thousands of
enthusiasts alike, and involves breweries and local restaurants. The festival has
changed locations four times in order to accommodate the exponential growth
in attendance. The tasting portion of the festival now takes place over two
nights and includes a trade tasting for those in the hospitality industry.

The Hopscotch Festival is anchored by its biggest event, The Grand Tasting
Hall. Surrounding The Grand Tasting Hall are the festival’s satellite events,
which consists of whisky pairing dinners, brewery tours, educational classes,
a corporate cigar smoke, and small intimate super premium tastings.
